Q1 Do you offer a free sample?
A: No problem, sample is available as your require. Firstly you should pay for the sample and freight cost. When you have ordered, we will reduce the sample cost. But please understand that we will choose the sample from our current stock, sometime maybe there is a little different of composition from your expectation, but it is enough for your reference. If you need us make a customized sample for you, it will charge small amount of cost.
Q2.When will be the lead time?
A:Usually 5-7 days for sample,15-20 days for production after payment.
Q3. Can we put our own logo on the products?
A:Yes, You just need to send us your the source file of logo.
Q4.Do you offer warranty?If yes, how long is the warranty period?
A:Yes, we offer warranty, and the warranty period is 12 months except manmade reason

A:Alipay is the first option and priority for the payment. We can also accept the payment via PayPal or Western Union or Bank T/T Wire Transaction or Credit Card (in US only) etc.
